The College is governed by a Board, with strategic leadership provided by the Director and day-to-day academic leadership delegated to the Principal.
Every trainer delivering a TVETA-accredited programme is registered and licensed by TVETA before commencing teaching duties, and all academic staff undergo continuous professional development under TVETA's CPD framework.
