Programmes
Four programmes approved by the College Board for delivery, each on the competency-based (CBET) curriculum developed and approved by CDACC and submitted to TVETA for accreditation.
Diploma in Community Health
Train for frontline public-health roles: community health strategy, disease prevention and surveillance, health promotion, and community-unit management. Graduates work in county health programmes, NGOs and community health units.
Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics
Clinical and community nutrition practice: dietetic assessment, therapeutic diets, maternal and child nutrition, and community nutrition programmes across the care continuum.
Diploma in Biomedical (Medical) Engineering
The technology backbone of healthcare: installation, calibration, maintenance and management of medical and laboratory equipment in hospitals and health facilities.
Certificate in Healthcare Assistant
Hands-on patient-care skills for clinical, residential and home-based settings: basic nursing care, infection prevention, patient support and safety. A progression route to diploma programmes.
Durations, entry grades and intake dates are indicative pending publication of the accredited curricula. Each programme is delivered strictly in accordance with the applicable CBET curriculum approved by CDACC, and learners are admitted upon formal TVETA accreditation of that programme.
