September 2026 intake now open. Apply online in under 10 minutes.

Admissions

Apply from your phone in five short steps: no queue, no paper forms. Our team is on WhatsApp and phone if you need help at any point.

How the online application works

Choose your programme

Pick one of our four programmes and your intake. Not sure which level fits your grades? Ask admissions first.

Verify your identity

Photograph your national ID and the system reads your ID number and names automatically and checks them against the national population register (IPRS). No typing errors, no fake applications.

Upload your documents

Attach your KCSE result slip and a passport photo straight from your phone.

Pay the application fee by M-Pesa

A payment prompt is sent to your phone (STK push). Enter your M-Pesa PIN and the fee is matched to your application automatically. No paybill numbers to copy, no receipts to photograph.

Track your status to offer

You get a reference number immediately. Use it to track your application from submitted to reviewed to offer, with SMS and email updates along the way.

Preview note: this admission flow is a working demonstration; M-Pesa payments and IPRS identity checks are simulated until the live integrations are switched on.

What you will need

  • Your Kenyan national ID (a clear photo of the front)
  • KCSE result slip or certificate (photo or scan)
  • One recent passport-size photograph
  • An M-Pesa line for the KES 1,000 application fee
